Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Aim Rank Marketing PVT LTD, we stand behind the quality of our Local SEO and AI SEO services. We strive for complete client satisfaction and transparent business practices.

2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

New clients may request a full refund within the first 30 days of service if they are not satisfied with our work. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@aimrank.com with a detailed explanation.

3. Service-Specific Refunds

• One-Time Services (SEO Audits): Refundable within 7 days if the audit report has not been delivered.
• Monthly Retainer Services: Cancellation requires 30 days' notice. Prepaid months beyond the notice period are refundable on a pro-rata basis.
• Setup Fees: Non-refundable once work has commenced, as these cover initial research and configuration.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (ad spend, directory fees, tools)
• Completed and delivered work products
• Services where measurable progress has been demonstrated

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method. Email billing@aimrank.com to initiate a refund request.
