These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aim Rank Marketing PVT LTD website (aimrank.com) and our Local SEO and AI SEO services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Aim Rank Marketing PVT LTD provides Local SEO, AI SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and related digital marketing services. All services are delivered as described in individual service agreements or statements of work. We reserve the right to modify service offerings at any time.

2. Payments

Service fees are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment terms are net-15 unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice for ongoing services.

3. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

4. SMS Communications & Messaging Program

4.1 Program Description

Aim Rank Marketing PVT LTD ("Aim Rank," "we," "us") offers an SMS messaging program for clients and prospects. Our SMS program provides updates related to Local SEO and AI SEO services, including but not limited to: consultation reminders, SEO audit status updates, customer support communications, and marketing updates about our services.

4.2 Opting In

By providing your phone number and opting into SMS communications through our website contact forms, you consent to receive text messages from Aim Rank Marketing PVT LTD. SMS consent is optional and is not required as a condition of purchasing any products or services. You may submit our contact forms without consenting to SMS messages.

4.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month depending on your engagement with our services and communication preferences.

4.4 Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. Please check with your carrier for details on your plan's text messaging rates. Aim Rank is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

4.5 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message confirming your opt-out, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number from our program. To re-subscribe, you may submit a new opt-in through our website contact forms or contact us directly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Aim Rank Marketing PVT LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. Deliverables created for clients become the client's property upon full payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aim Rank Marketing PVT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding six months. SEO results depend on many factors including market competition, algorithm changes, and client cooperation.

7. User Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, necessary access credentials, and timely cooperation for service delivery. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities under their account.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, client data will be provided in a standard format within 15 business days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
